I'm not totally new to deviantArt. I used to be on here back in my sophomore year of high school. I forgot my username though so I just made a whole new one. Funny, back then I was on here with photography too. I guess some things never change. My goal for this deviantArt thing is to fine tune my photography. I love taking pictures. People make fun of me because I take pictures of the most weirdest things but I don't care because if it looks pretty, I want to capture it. Oh and I'm obsessed with trees. Pretty much, I'm on the brink of a new year. In the year 2012, I did some messed up stuff that I'm paying for and will continue to pay for the rest of my life. Needless to say, I don't want to add to those consequences in 2013. I want it to be productive and for me not to be in the exact same position I am this time next year. I'm content at the moment but I've just come out of a long sleep. Well, I'm starting to come out of a long sleep. You see, recently, with all this end of the world stuff, I came to the conclusion that life is just life. I believe in God and Jesus so I believe in Heaven and Hell. Therefore, life is temporary and it was not meant to be perfect and last forever. So small things like cars breaking down and getting money stolen or whatever are just...small. There's a bigger plan. Someone you love could leave you at any second. Of course, me being a stubborn lass, I kind of just take that with a grain of salt because I hate talking on the phone. Hypocrisy, I know. Anyways, next year, if I make it through the whole year (well, if I even make it to next year at all), I think I want to do a 365 project. Use Simon a lot more. It'll be fun, right? Of course, I'll have to be more disciplined about using my camera everyday and making sure it's charged but something good is bound to come out of it. Let's hope so.

Merry Christmas Eve, by the way. Hope you spend it with people you love doing things that you love as well.
